HASSLE-FREE RETURNS
  • Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

We will only accept returns if items are in their original box and no parts are missing.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Hood’s Flags reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

International Shipping charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

At this time, Hood’s Flags only offers USPS return labels for domestic return addresses. The customer is required to pay shipping fees on return orders sent from outside the United States.

Q: HOW DO I SEND BACK A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

A: Not happy with your product? Return it to us within 30 days, and we’ll give you a full refund. Please follow the steps below:

 

US Customers:

  1. Please contact us within 30 from delivery.

  2. Contact us on the messenger chat pop-up on the bottom right corner or HERE.

  3. Please state the reason for contacting us (Return, Exchange or warranty).

  4. You will be provided with the return shipping label that you will need to print and mail us the product back.

International Customers:

  1. Please contact within 30 from delivery (the count for first class shipping starts after 15 days from payment).

  2. Contact us on the messenger chat pop-up on the bottom right corner or HERE. 

  3. Please state the reason for contacting us (Return, Exchange or warranty).

  4. You will be provided with the return shipping label that you will need to print and mail us the product back.
